Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and not marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Custom Cut' materials.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the supplies to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Label
Securely pack the building supplies on their original pallet or in their original boxing, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Drop-off or Collection
Bring the items to our local warehouse or schedule a freight pickup for oversized materials; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
